Craig's values

Always be humble

Why I value this

Ego has no place in design. The best design outcomes come from a place of humility and empathy

How I value this in others

I value when as a team, we leave our ego at the doors and build off each others ideas

Always be honest

Why I value this

I don't feel confident in a direction if I feel honesty is in question

How I value this in others

I value when the team is honest in feedback and opinions. Without honest feedback and opinions outcomes are lackluster

Always be growing

Why I value this

Life to me is always about learning and growing from those learnings. I value and find enjoyment in this process. Without growth I feel unsatisfied and unhappy

How I value this in others

I value when those around me are growing and learning as well. It fosters a continuation of growth and learning.

Tiny details, big impact

Why I value this

I strongly find the details in design, life, and problems fascinating. It brings me great joy to dig to the bottom of things and see what the best possible outcome can be.

How I value this in others

Similar to my value of growth, I value when I’m surrounded by like minded individuals that also strive for the details. Half the fun is geeking out about them amongst one another.
